We accept payment by Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA). Your benefits administrator may ask for an official invoice to confirm that your WellPD purchase was an eligible expense. They may also ask for your doctor’s prescription. You can find your order invoice in the email confirming your order.
As of now, we do not accept orders through prescription alone, since we don't bill insurance companies directly; a purchase is required before uploading your prescription. This prescription requirement (US only) is due to FDA regulations and is unrelated to insurance reimbursement.
