The Medications Page in the WellPD App helps you keep track of your medications and see how consistently you’re taking them. It shows your daily intake, broken down by each medication you’ve set up.
These insights can help you understand your medication-taking patterns over time.
For individuals with Parkinson’s, keeping track of medication timing can help you and your care team recognize patterns and adjust your routine or treatment plan accordingly.
WellPD is not designed to diagnose or provide treatment recommendations. Instead, it provides insights to support you and your doctor in determining the best approach to your care.

This is the daily view of your Medications Page. Below, we’ll walk you through each part of the page to help you interpret your medication patterns.
Medications logged
|
At the top of the page, you’ll see a count of how many of your scheduled medications you’ve logged as taken so far that day. Below that, you’ll see a quick glance at each of your medications, showing how many of that day’s scheduled doses have been logged for each one. |
Day at a glance
|
For each medication, this chart shows when during the day you logged a dose, across a 24-hour timeline. Each dose is shown as:
|
Taken: selected day vs previous 7 days
| Compares how many scheduled doses you took on the selected day against your typical pattern over the previous 7 days. |
As needed: selected day vs previous 7 days
| Shown for medications you log as needed, rather than on a fixed schedule. Compares how many as-needed doses you took on the selected day against your typical pattern over the previous 7 days. |
As needed by time of day
| Shown for medications you log as needed. Shows what time of day you typically take that medication, across a 24-hour clock. |
